Purchasing

At Shield, we manage supplier network on behalf of our clients, collect price information and monitor trends on a day-to-day basis, which assist in improving the negotiation of terms with suppliers. The quality of the products and service available to the restaurants will either be sustained or, more commonly, improved.

We ensure suppliers achieve an acceptable level of due diligence in Health & Food Safety and also act as an independent auditor for clients . Our audit process includes visiting client’s units to 'police' the back door deliveries, ensuring that such standards and delivery service will be met.
